Almond Biscuits: Bitterkoekjes Bitter by name but by no means bitter by nature, these almond-flavoured biscuits are similar to macaroons: crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.
Made just from ground almonds, icing sugar, a few drops of bitter almond oil and egg white to bind the dough together,
these biscuits take only minutes to make and can be kept for up to three days. Perfect after dinner with coffee. Eet smakeljik!
